Wow, haven't posted in a while.

Man, the 16th was a horrible day. I got a A- on my science test, a A- on my math test, and a quarter B+ for SS. Damn that last essay.

Christmas is overrated. One, its not the day Lord Christ was born on. The early Christians wanted to spread their religion, so they took a pagan holiday and posted the whole "Christ was born on this day" onto it. Shepards wouldn't be out in the cold Palestinian winter. Second, commercialisim has taken over Christmas. I mean, a nice homely Christmas would be nice, but no, the corporations take advantage of it to stuff their pockets while those homeless lie freezing on the streets. Third and lastly, for a loner like me, Christmas is nothing special...just another day with a few sprinkles.

ARRRGGHHHH...damnit, I forgot to go to the dentist's today. Shit.

Today at lunch, Cian and Lisa were strumming up some tunes on Cian's guitar. It turned up quite a crown-like, 25 people. Also, he started panhandling, and got $2.47. Lucky son of a @#$%! :P

Anyways, I got nothing new, other than I got an A on one of Mughn's quizzes. w00t

Man, today I accidentally ripped Randy's backpack, so its left strap broke off. I can fix it, but I need a sewing kit, or duct tape. Luckily, my emotion control kicked in automatically, and I have no regrets.

Been a while since I posted here

Anyways, Thanksgiving was pretty cool. Everybody went over to Linda's new home, and we had food galore. Linda, Kevin, Pamela, and I all had a sweet game of Life, and Willis pulled off some sweet breakdancing moves. Of course, I backwhacked him two times when we played Halo 2, so he got SERVED.

Anyways, my cold is getting better.

Shoot, I hate love right now. I wish my crush on Priscilla would just go away. I'm sick and tired of having my mind getting banged around because of some stupid emotion.

So, school has started. My classes are pretty good, and I'm optimistic about the school year. Everything is ready for a fair graduation. My mind is set and ready. But i keep feeling like something is gonna go wrong. Well, I got my soul, spirit, and body ready for whatever Satan throws in my path.

I went to Waterworld last friday. It was freakin AWESOME. Except for the sunburn on my shoulders, it was pretty fun. The rides were pretty cool. Willis-my cousin Kevin's brother-went down the Cliffhanger, which were these water slides that sorta sent you down at mach 1.

Anyways, life is pretty calm right now. I dunno, but there's nothing happening in this sleepy neighborhood.

Same old things...man, i wish something would actually happen.

Today was pretty much normal. I got full pts on my algebra readiness test, and full points on my district assesment. I was thinking "What else is so goddamned new?! I get so many full points I want to skip to college already!"

Other than that, I could use a flamethrower.

Star Wars Ep. III review

On May 21st, I saw the final installment of the Star Wars movies, Revenge of the Sith.

Story:
As the Clone Wars rage on, Anakin Skywalker is finished with his training. Now a Jedi Knight, he is haunted by premonitions (used dictionary.com if you don't know what it means) that his wife, Padme Amidala, will die. Darth Sidious/Chancellor-and-soon-to-be-Emperor Palpatine (if you idn't know he was evil already) uses these visions to turn Anakin to teh dark side, wiht lies of being able to keep her from death. As Anakin gets drawn to the deark side of the Force, the Jedi are extinguished, and the clone troopers turn into-OMG- STORMTROOPERS

What I think:
The plot was absolutely brilliant, and i think that this movie actually presented Anakin's transition to Darth Vader as smooth as summer lemonade. Also, the transition from Old Republic to Empire was pretty good. The new Jedi starfighters looked a lot like TIE fighters, while those new Clone fighters had attack foils that moved into maneruver and attack positions and the Republic starships look a lot like Star Destroyers. The Clone Trooper armor also turned more Stormtrooper-ish.

Another thing-the visual effects. Force lighting looks real, lightsabers glow like real energy, and Yoda unleases his -pint-sized-can-o-mega-WHOOP-ASS with realism. Also, the giant Coruscant battle made me feel like I was actually in one of those ARC-170 starfighters. Also, The lightsaber duels are so fast, my eyes couldn't follow them.

The rating:
9/10

This movie was great!


I really recommend you seeing this movie. It is NOT only for nerds, it's for everybody. It's rated PG-13, so think twice before taking your 6 year old brother along, 'cause it is gross seing anakin in his burned stage.
